Valley Patios

We typically do not write reviews but felt compelled to make an exception. A couple of years ago, Valley Patio installed a beautiful, insulated aluminum awning in our courtyard. The installation was perfect, and the installers were professional and respectful of our property. Recently, we had a little damage to the underside of the awning. Andy, the owner, sent a person to inspect the damage and discuss options. To replace the entire panel would have been very expensive. Instead, Valley Patio used touch up paint that blended in very well with the panel’s color and solved the issue. Not only were we impressed with the installation, but follow-up customer service has been great. If you are looking for quality awnings, installation, and superb customer service, we would recommend contacting Valley Patio.

Final version ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience with Valley Patios! We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Valley Patios. From our very first contact, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They managed every aspect of the project, making the entire process completely stress-free. They handled everything—from obtaining our HOA approval to securing the city permits—and kept the project moving every step of the way. Even more impressive, they completed the installation ahead of schedule. The on-site installation crew was equally impressive. They were friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and worked together like a well-oiled machine. It was obvious they took great pride in their work. They treated our property with the utmost care and respect, kept the work area clean, and completed a flawless installation. It was clear they were experienced professionals who genuinely cared about the quality of their work. A very special shoutout to Tami, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. She stayed on top of every detail, kept us informed every step of the way, promptly answered our questions, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Her professionalism, communication, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly second to none. She made us feel like we were their most important customer and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. The Alumawood patio cover exceeded our expectations. It provides outstanding shade, has transformed the comfort of our outdoor living space, and looks absolutely beautiful. The quality of both the product and the craftsmanship is exceptional. We highly recommend Valley Patios to anyone considering an Alumawood patio cover. Their professionalism, attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and outstanding workmanship exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class patio contractor.
