Working with Travis in getting my backyard posts replaced and tarp installed was such an amazing experience. He made it so quick and easy for me. To responding so quickly and getting me a free quote. To getting the color I asked for and getting the posts powder coated. They turned out BEAUTIFUL and he installed them in such perfect timing. Travis did an amazing job to say the least. It’s hard to trust anyone now a days; but, Travis is definitely a man you can trust to do the job right and when he says lifetime warranty, he truly means it. It’s so easy to contact him and his response is quick. He came back out approximately 3 years after he installed the patio and took care of some water leaks which just happened recently. Never had any issues with the workmanship and the product, it was just weather related and he took care of it, right away. His professionalism is very much appreciated and he’s made a lifetime customer of us. We’re getting another patio installed with him in our new home while he still will take care of any issues that may arise at the previous property that we now rent. Knowing we have Travis and his lifetime Guarantee, it really puts us at ease to not worry about the patios as we continue to invest in multiple properties.
