This is a fantastic company. We had them put a pergola up in our backyard and we could not love it more. The whole process was enjoyable - they were very committed to ensuring we got exactly what we wanted. Everyone from Ashley in sales to Tyler and his crew in installation were amazing. Monet Spells

We worked with Structerra to install a pergola (automated, retractable awning with lights) and it was the absolute best order and install experience. They spent extra time answering all of our questions, showing examples of past work, and we never felt rushed to order. They were communicative and thoughtful; they even offered to figure out faster shipping ahead of the longshoreman strike, so our timeline wouldn't be impacted. The install was painless, transparent, and fast. We've worked with a lot of contractors / construction companies, and Structerra is easily the best we've come across.

Very fine product, have had for two years and is an asset to my family and I enjoying our roof patio.( very hot in summer) After two years I needed a service visit. Both Zach and Tyler spent all the time necessary to make my system flawless again. They cleaned the retractable awning with care and detail and then drove 5 hours to Charleston S.C.always with a smile on there face and in no hurry to make me happy.
