We ordered a hurricane shutter to protect our 8' tall double stained glass entry doors. Our big concern was having a big bulky shutter frame detracting from our beautiful entryway. The slim profile is hardly noticeable and in fact, we have had several people come to our front door and not even notice the new shutter frame. The installation was quick and professionally done. I normally don't leave reviews, but I made an exception here because we are so happy with the final product.

I would highly recommend Southwood, we had a spring pad completely detach from the wall on a Friday at 5pm. I called expecting to have to wait until Monday for repairs. Not only did they respond quickly but ensured my safety and ensured I was ok. Brandi reached out to us and scheduled a tech to come out the very next morning. Jay was the tech that came out, he was extremely professional, very informative and knowledgeable. Jay employed his skills to repair the spring pad with ease, the door was fixed and operating without flaw in no time! Thank you Jay and Southwood for the great service.
