I truly love Shades by Design. I have designed the curtains for my living and dining area and my master bedroom with the Somfy system. From the beginning to the very end of the process their services have been nothing but seamless and very professional. Starting with Hanna, he is a true connoisseur in the field, always very attentive, kind and helpful. Jennifer, with a friendly and seamless communication following up and making sure that everything ran smoothly and Pedro the best technician a customer could ask for. He is not also a true master in the installation of the window treatments but a very talented pianist and artist! Thank you Hanna, Jenifer, Pedro and all the Shades by Design team! We had two large awnings installed by Shades by Design several years ago, and the experience was so good that we recently worked with them again when we needed to temporarily unmount and then remount the awnings due to construction work. From start to finish, they are extremely professional. Every appointment was kept, they showed up on time, and they never canceled or rescheduled at the last minute—something that truly stands out, especially in Miami. Their focus on quality and attention to detail is exceptional. Everything—from the very first call, to scheduling, installation, and follow-up—was handled flawlessly. The team clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in both the process and the final result. While Shades by Design is not the cheapest option, you truly get what you pay for. I had a great experience with Shades by Design. Hanna was super knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with. The install was smooth and Pedro was a perfectionist, making sure everything was exactly as designed. They left my house pristine. Most importantly, I absolutely love the final product. I never imagined how much window treatments can transform and complete a space.
