So happy with my automatic awning from Shade on Demand. The whole process was so easy and professionally handled, from the first call to the last check-in. My sales person knew his stuff, understood the unique aspects of Central Oregon weather, figured out exactly what my space needed and gave me a lot of confidence in spending the money. It arrived and was installed exactly when he estimated. The installers also knew their stuff and did a beautiful job. The awning shades exactly as it was explained to me in the sales process, including automatic retracting when the winds pickup. Loving sitting outside this summer!

We had a positive experience with Shade on Demand from start to finish. From scheduling the appointment through the install. Communication was excellent, all questions were answered, and everyone was professional and experienced. Troy was impressive with his knowledge and attention to detail and we knew after that experience that we would choose Shade on Demand if their pricing was competitive -- and it was! Joseph and Taylor (?) clearly knew what they were doing with the install and took the time to be sure we knew how to work everything and what the maintenance was. If we end up needing a shade for elsewhere, we will definitely work with SOD again and we highly recommend them for your shade needs.

Really happy with our new retractable awning and working with Shade on Demand! Troy was extremely knowledgeable and prepared us for potential lead time issues, but the unit was delivered just as predicted. The installation crew was polite, professional, and very competent. Overall, wonderful experience!
