Although I explained that my issue was not urgent, Chris made time in his schedule that day. He arrived on time and had my issue addressed and corrected in minutes. When inquired about the payment for his time and service, he asked for nothing but to complete his review. I highly recommend you giving him and his team a chance to win your business.

Chris came to help me with an issue that arose when the re-pipe work was done and my wall switches were not connecting correctly. The re-pipe assigned engineers tried 4 different time to resolve the issue and at the end of their last attempt, the switch at the entry to the room didn't work at all. Chris and his lead Eng Juan at Service tech came out, troubleshot the issue and although it was a process to find the solution, they did solve the problem and were both empathetic and diligent in the work they did. If you have an issue with Lutron equipment, I doubt you'll find anyone better able to figure out the puzzle in how the wiring and switches are configured than Chris and his team. I know I'll go back to them for any future issues, as it can and did take months before they solved my problems.
