I had great service from Steve and Kelly. The exterior solar screen was installed efficiently and they really help keep out the heat. I hope my energy bill decreases. I will definitely recommend this business.

Our experience with Screens 2 U was very good. We started the process before Covid and 2 different houses. Kelly was great to work through during the entire process. The installer’s did a great job and the screen looks terrific. We would recommend and have recommended them to neighbors.

Was going to purchase shades as a catio for my cats. Because of misters, they would have to install shades which would block some of my beautiful mountain views in the back of my home. Called office within 24 hours (nothing was ordered) to cancel shade order until I could figure out how to move my misters. I did run into issues with staff holding onto "no refunds regardless policy" even though nothing was ordered. But owner did call me back, explained they purchased business from previous owner who had a strict no refund policy and took my situation as an opportunity to review old policies and work to make Screens2u customer friendly. As a small business owner myself, I respect how honest and helpful the Diva the new owner was and made my situation right above what was needed. I will return and get my shades with them as correcting wrongs to me is a huge QUALITY indicator of a business. Diva and her husband heard me, are making changes to policies as a result and is a business that truly wants to be there for the community! Go to Screens2u!
