We are so happy to have chosen Rainier Shade to install our awning. We had the papers from the previous owner for the 14' retractable awning which was over our deck. It had been installed by Rainier back in 1999 and used frequently since. Also going with a company that has been in business since 1896 gave us assurance that they will still be around if ever needed. We wanted to have one made that was the full length of our deck 35 feet. Other local awning companies did not do ones as wide, but Rainier did. Justin came out and gave us a bid for the width we wanted and we accepted since it was comparable with other companies except his was the correct width which others could not do. Their team came out and spent 2 days on installation in January. They were all so polite and gracious. I worked in construction for years and rarely saw the continous hard work these men did. We are beyond impressed with the awning itself but really need to thank the crew who worked in the cold rainy days installing such a large project. Tikki, Cameron, Terrence, Eric and Kyle were fantastic. They were all the nicest people and even sealed and painted all the areas from the old awning which needed repair. We would call only them next time we need another awning and can not recommend them enough. Well done. We are so happy!

These guys were 100% professional. They installed our sign and awning with little disruption as possible to our daily traffic. They were courteous and friendly to customers , myself and our staff.
