We can, without hesitation, highly recommend Olympic Blinds for your window covering needs. A few months ago, we had the pleasure of working with them to choose the perfect window treatments for our entire (2000+ sf) recently remodeled house. After consulting with a couple other companies, we found that Olympic Blinds staff (Erica & Gavin) were happy to spend the necessary amount of time to listen to our product & budget needs. After which, they provided beneficial information/education, as well as a whole range of potential options. (And, refreshingly, without pressure & absolutely no multi-level marketing (MLM) sales dynamics.) We found them to be very customer focused, ultimately offering better prices for equivalent, & even higher quality, products than their competitors. Installation was also efficient & flawless. We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to go with Olympic Blinds!

Gavin at Olympic Blinds has provided outstanding customer service! He is quick to respond, extremely professional, and helped us select beautiful roller shades for our Vintage Airstream Trailer! It was an unusual job and it turned out really great! 5-stars for sure!

My partner and I own a house just outside Olympia that has lots of windows facing west to an inlet. In the summer, the sun blasts in all afternoon, restricting some of our indoor activities and heating up the house. We sought help from several sources, but it was Olympic Blinds that took the problem well in hand. They assessed our problem, offered several solutions and rough costs, and walked us through each one in detail. Once we selected an option, they visited our home to determine number, type, and sizes of the window coverings needed to fit our plan. Once this was done, they provided a precise cost estimate of the work - which was in line with their previous rough estimate. We scheduled the work in late October for delivery and installation by Thanksgiving. Last week, they called me to schedule installation, and yesterday they completed the work and final walk-through. This entire project was done a day early and on budget. The products are of the highest quality. Olympic Blinds’ coordination with their manufacturers went without an hitch. Installation was done perfectly by highly skilled and experienced technicians. Everyone was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, competent - professional - to the extreme. I couldn’t be happier with this project. Olympic Blinds has my highest recommendation. If you need a window covering project done best way possible, please contact them.
