Ohio Awning & Manufacturing Co. Installed a beautiful retractable patio cover at my home. William brought material samples and helped me choose and then design the cover. It was quickly manufactured and professionally installed. I love the cover and can now enjoy my patio at any time of day. Ohio Awning (OA) installed an awning over our back porch many years ago. Recently, it was time to replace this awning, so I called OA once again. I was connected with Nikki, a salesperson at OA. Nikki's professionalism made the experience of choosing the fabric and configuring the frame to match the siding configuration a smooth process. Nikki answered my questions in a timely manner. If Nikki didn't know the answer, she checked with a colleague and then responded with an answer. With each communication, it became clear that Nikki and OA weren't in business to collect a check and move on to the next payday. They were forging trusted connections for the long term. When it comes time to replace other awnings on our home, I'm looking forward to working with Nikki and Ohio Awning again.
