The crew at Modern Shade passed a high bar. I have a couple of decades of experience working with various high tech trades related to the home building industry and have participated in many automated home projects, so I know a good job when I see one. Since this is my own home, I wanted to express my appreciation to the whole crew at Modern Shade for being completely professional and doing an efficient and high quality installation of my window covering. Some were motorized and others manual, and my wife and I were thoroughly impressed from the first meeting with Eric through to the final install yesterday. It is amazing how the window coverings have transformed the spaces and improved the quality of light, and contributed to the aesthetics of the home (we are updating a 25 year-old home we bought a few months ago). Kudos to the whole gang and we look forward to working with them again as we remodel our master bath.

Design assistance was resourceful and comprehensive. Very customer focused. Pre-installation inspection told us they wanted to get it right the first time and the installers were awesome. Professional, careful, thorough, detail oriented, and polite. I would highly recommend Modern Shade for any scale of window covering project. They will make it easy and problem free!

The entire team is very knowledgeable on their products, and the order was placed with no issues. The installers did a very professional job. Our install required some drywall work, and I would challenge anyone to find the repair. We are completely pleased with the new shade and the service we received.
