Our team has extensive training and experience in guiding our clients with integrity, respect and the highest level of customer service. Griffin, an Austin native, earned his BS in Geology from Texas Christian University and a MS in Geology from the University of Texas Arlington. He has weathered the ups and downs in the Oil & Gas industry for the past five years before opening MITS. Ashley graduated from the University of North Texas and has been in the service industry for her entire career. With a passion for serving others as Director of senior living communities in Dallas/Ft Worth and now in Midland, Ashley brings that same passion to MITS.
