We were in need of help because a mechanical blind was broken and obstructed a door to our patio. Although installed by another company, Jay, the owner, without hesitation offered to help us. He responded quickly, correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He is a very nice man and a pleasure to deal with. His fee was very fair. I highly recommend him—- he is a 10++
