It was a pleasure working with this family-owned business 👌🏼 Everyone we have worked with or spoken to were very helpful and accommodating. Tamara brought our vision of bi-fold closet doors to fruition with her expertise and professional opinion. She and her brother (the company owner) were accommodating of us needing an extension to make a decision and sign the contract after I went into spontaneous delivery and priorities shifted 🫣 Plus, when Tamara came out for an in-home consultation she kindly gave us ideas for a future window upgrade. Haydee and Brooke were pleasant to work with, with regard to scheduling and answers to payment and installation questions. Brooke made sure that we had our follow up questions satisfactorily answered before we committed to processing our order. The installers were also professional and helpful throughout the installation process. They provided us with tips and recommendations about painting the doors (the doors come primed only), maintenance, height of door pulls, etc. Note: If you supply your preferred door knobs or pulls, they will install them at no additional cost. The doors turned out absolutely wonderful!Mirrored bi-fold doors were an awesome choice. We all, especially our toddler, love them! We highly recommend CHIPRODUCTS and we will definitely use them again for the next room (we only had room in our pockets for the toddler’s closet this year as they’re crazy expensive ALTHOUGH well worth it) and future window project ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We purchased the retractable double screens doors with installation. Our sales rep and installer, Cesar, was outstanding. He explained everything, answered our questions, and did a nice job with the installation. We put in the order and the doors were manufactured and installed in one week. BEWARE: if you are looking for an inexpensive screen door with installation, this is not for you. Prices are high, and no discounts. Plus a 4% up charge if you want to use a credit card. The parts carry a lifetime warranty, but after 30 days there is a service charge for a repair visit. The product seems very well built, and the materials high quality. Time and use will tell if it holds up.
