I didn't purchase my retractable screen at Boulevard, but the manufacturer referred me there with some questions I had as the unit wasn't working. Latoya, the person who answered the phone, at first said they were scheduling out 16 weeks, but then said maybe she could get the owner to just answer my questions. The owner (I think) David called, and was so helpful and walked me through how to fix it. He could have set up a service call, but he said it was an easy fix, and then told me how to program a new remote, saying it was too easy to not let me do myself. Great service and communication, and they didn't try to just make a buck off of me - much appreciated!!

Boulevard installed the awning on our property on the sponge docks in tarpon springs 4 years ago. They did a great job, were on time with all promises, and gave us very reasonable pricing. Their customer service is fantastic and their workmanship is superb. We will continue to use their service. They have been in business a very long time and we can see why.
